Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password a reminder can be sent to you via email.

When you originally registered with us you would have been asked for an email address and a secret question and answer. As long as you supplied an email address and a secret question/answer when you registered, please enter your e-Citizen user name below and then click on the'Submit' button.

NOTE: If you did not supply an email address to us you will not be able to obtain a password reminder and will need to contact the Maidstone Borough Council by telephone, on 01622 602003.
